A: When your package is mailed
to the warehouse, we will collect the package for you and put it in the
warehouse.
You can check whether the
package is complete in the [Domestic Tracking Number Arrived] section of your personal
homepage, then check the order that needs to be packed and click the "Submit Packaging"
button. After submitting your order, fill in the recipient address information and route
for the country you need to send to.

A: Assemble the warehouse
address (including member ID) given on the website [Get Warehouse Address], send the
package to us, and after arriving at the warehouse, we will collect the package for you
and enter it into the warehouse. You can view the [Stored Domestic Tracking Number] on
your personal homepage.
Note: If the domestic express
delivery of the query shows that it has been signed, but it does not show that it has
been received in the [Domestic tracking number that has arrived at the warehouse], it
may be that we are processing the package for you, please wait patiently for a while. If
the package has not been received after one day, please contact our online customer
service immediately
Q: Where can I find out if the package has been mailed? How to inquire?
A: 1. Domestic express
inquiry: After the domestic parcel is mailed, you can check the arrival of the parcel on
the [Parcel Inquiry] page of our website.
Or obtain logistics
information in the logistics query of [Unstored Domestic Tracking
Number].
Note: If the package has been
signed for but still shows "Not Arrived", it may be that our warehouse is processing the
package, please wait patiently for a while. If "Not in storage" is still displayed after
1 day, please contact our online customer service immediately.
2. International express
inquiry: After the international express freight payment is successful, you can check
the international express tracking number in [Shipped International
Orders].

Q: How many days can the international express delivery time generally arrive?
A: According to the
destination country of the package and the congestion of the current international
logistics, the international express delivery time will be
different.
If you have a package that
needs to be sent urgently, it is recommended to choose DHL, which has the fastest
timeliness and the most stable service, with a reference time of 2-4 working days, and
Australia, New Zealand, Guam and other places can arrive in about 2 working days.
